Returns & Exchanges
At Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for non-perishable items or quality concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the issue to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the unused items or original packaging in a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship Items
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our designated returns facility in Melbourne.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
